Calling All Flower Lovers – Volunteer with Us at Two Blooming Lovely Shows!

We’ve got two exciting opportunities coming up and we’d love your help to bring the magic of flowers to life.

1. Toby’s Garden Festival at Powderham Castle When? Friday 2nd or Saturday 3rd May

Time? 8:45am – 5pm

Join us for a glorious day out at Powderham Castle, Nr Exeter surrounded by flowers, creativity, and fabulous company. We’re looking for friendly volunteers to help us run our ever-popular Floral Crown Station – a chance to spend the day sharing floral joy, getting hands-on with flowers, and spreading smiles. You’ll have plenty of time to soak up the festival vibes, explore the show, and of course, enjoy the wonderful community of floral friends.

Whether you’ve helped us before or it’s your first time, you’ll be welcomed with open arms and a bundle of blooms.

2. Flowervision Bristol Design Showcase When? Wednesday 30th April or Thursday 1st May

Time? 4pm – 8pm

We’re teaming up with the fabulous Sarah Hills-Ingyon – one of our amazing tutors – who’s leading a special creative team to build two show-stopping floral arches in completely different styles, using alternative mediums. We’re also planning large urn arrangements, a dreamy floral cloud, and other stunning installations.

We’re inviting our students from Fundamentals Level 2, Advanced Level 3, and Masters Level 4 and 5 to be part of this inspiring design session. It’s a brilliant chance to get your flower fix, work closely with one of our fabulous tutors, and create something spectacular together. You’ll get to experience the buzz of prepping for a professional showcase, pick up new ideas and techniques, and enjoy the energy of working with fellow flower lovers.
