Overview of the Academy Masters Program stages
2-3
In this fast track course
will teach you everything you need to know. Enhancing your experience we will provide inspirational trips that will
open your world to International and National Floral design ideas and trends.
This is the program you
need if you would like to improve your career prospects in the floristry industry. This is a flexible, inspirational
and exciting program that has been specially developed by the Academy of Floral Art.
Building of years of experience in teaching floristry, we have taken the best bits of all the available
courses and training and creating a flexible training program that can be used to develop your skills to a level 2 or 3 or
just brush up a weak area or expand skills into a new area.
As a level 2 program it will teach you
to create a range of practical designs from your chosen range of unit/s. Master the set designs and grow your confidence.
Practice your speed to enable you to be commercially competitive. Explore how to develop the design ideas
and all this in delivered and supported by a friendly, inspirational, passionate and highly qualified professional tutor.
This program will support you career and your business by enabling
you to add and develop specific areas as and when you are/your business is ready.
The level 3
program builds on from the level 2 and it will formulate your identity as a floral designer, complete with emerging personal
style which appears in your work.
You will have learnt a wide range of designs, techniques, skills and knowledge to enable you to approach a range
of challenging customer requests, build your confidence and speed to compete effectively in the market. Be able to
cost designs correctly and interpret customer requirements effectively. Give you a breadth of knowledge of both national
and international design and much more.

Stage One
Stage one is a taster unit,
this means you just sign up for one unit.
This unit can be built on by selecting another unit and can ultimately build
into a level 2 or 3 qualification.
Stage Two
To achieve this stage you will need to have completed 3 units plus the exam unit and the Heart of Design unit.
Stage Three
To achieve this stage
you will need to have completed 6 units plus the exam unit and the Heart of Design unit.
You may be accepted to continue your training on the City and Guilds level 4 Higher Diploma in Floristry course on successful
completion of Stage Three.

are available in several locations and times including Exeter, Bristol and Tavistock.
