Overview of the
Academy Masters Program stages 1-3
This is the program you need if you would like to make the move into or improve your career
prospects in the Floristry industry. This is a flexible, inspirational and exciting program that has been developed by
the Academy of Floral Art. We have taken the best bits of all the available courses and training and creating a flexible training
program.
What it will do for you
Teach you the basic practical designs of
the chosen unit, master the set designs and grow your confidence. Practice your speed to enable you to be commercially
competitive. Explore how to develop the basic ideas and all this in delivered and supported by a friendly,
inspirational, passionate and highly qualified professional tutor.
This program will support you career and your business by enabling you to add and develop specific areas
as and when you are/your business is ready. This flexible approach to support your development allows you to add units at
any time and they can build into the level 2 or 3 qualification.

- Funeral
designs and tributes
- Wedding bouquets, accessories and body
adornments
- Corporate designs, outside decorating and
large scale arrangements

Advanced Funeral and tribute work, advanced Wedding and designer bouquet work
- Additional development units
- The heart of design Gregor Lersch’s design principles
- Exam units for level 2 and 3

- Trip to international floristry/horticultural show
- Stage one
Stage one is a taster unit, this means you just sign up for one unit.
It's an opportunity for you to explore the creative practical skills of a floristry
area and give you an insight into the industry. A chance to try it, to see if you enjoy the challenges and opportunities floristry
has to offer and to see if it may be something you would like to pursue.
This unit can be built on by selecting
another unit and can ultimately build into a level 2 or 3 qualification
On successfully achieving a level 3 you can be considered for the
level 4 Higher Diploma in Floristry qualification

Courses are available in several venues including Exeter, Bristol and Tavistock.
